The TruLaser 5030 fiber, TruLaser 5040 fiber, and TruLaser 5060 fiber offer high processing speed and high part quality – even for complex contours. You can achieve excellent results with TRUMPF's TruDisk solid-state laser. Clever assistant systems make the complete machining process more productive and reliable than ever. Operator involvement is low; non-productive times are minimal. Minimal part costs, high machine dynamics even for complex contours, due to powerful drives and dynamic axis motions. TruLaser 5000 series laser cutting machine can now be equipped with a laser providing twice the power that was formerly standard, (12 kW). With an output of 24 kW, the TruDisk 24001 can process parts up to three times faster.
Active Speed Control
TRUMPF's Active Speed Control significantly increases process reliability due to permanent process monitoring ("View through nozzle") and active regulation of feed rate during cutting. Fewer process interruptions and rejects due to variation of material and machine conditions. The need for manual process monitoring is reduced dramatically.
Highspeed and Highspeed Eco
A new nozzle design reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 70% – for double the sheet throughput.

Nanojoints
In comparison to microjoints, TRUMPF's nanojoint technology only fix the part to the skeleton via a small stop point at the bottom end of the kerf. This leads to easy part removal from the sheets while preventing part tilting. Your nesting can also be tighter, utilizing your resources more efficiently, and benefit from higher productivity.
Drop&Cut
Time savings in the post-production of parts. Maximize material efficiency by using remainder sheets. Camera image of remainder sheet is easily filled with part geometries. Maximum operator convenience and process reliability thanks to cutting preview in live image (augmented reality). No programming knowledge is required.
