The TDC Wrap Brake is designed to allow a single operator to accurately place and fold flat blanks with TDC rollformed flanges into L-shape or full wrap duct sections. It folds blanks up to 72" (1800mm) and 16-ga. (1.6mm) thick. (Minimum wrap size is 8x8" (200x200mm)) An on-board PLC controls the clamping and braking sequencing. The clamping beam and folding beam are motorized to perform the adjustable bend angle from 1� to 90�. Safety interlocks keep the system safe. |
