TruPunch 2020

Designed and manufactured in the United States, the TruPunch 2020 offers superior combined accelerations and accuracy, and can be equipped with an optional compact automation feature that is a "must" for manufacturers with floor space constraints.

TRUMPF developed the automated loading and unloading system with a compact design that features a sheet always waiting in the "ready" position. This Automatic Load/Unload System is ideal for manufacturers who use sheet sizes up to 4' x 8' containing tabbed parts. All loading and unloading operations run automatically without operator intervention.

The short loading and unloading times are critical for optimal material flow and minimizing down time. The TruPunch 2020 machine and its automation component work in perfect unison and considerably increase productivity because the loading and unloading of material is quick and easy. The machine continues production immediately after loading the raw sheet. The automatic load/unload system neatly stacks processed sheets above the loading platform onto the unloading sub-pallet, making this a completely self-contained operation. This sub-pallet can be removed from the automation to allow it to continue to operate with a new empty sub-pallet. Two sub-pallets are included with the automation component.
