Raising the bar, again and again: for decades TRUMPF has been continually developing new and innovative machines and technologies based on our solid foundation of experience and proven concepts as a market leader. As a result, the TruLaser 3530 sets new standards in machine dynamics.

Dynamically Light

The new axis concept is characterized by two new elements - Gantry drives in the X and Y directions and a highly dynamic additional axis in the X direction, the Xp axis. This makes it possible to move just the cutting head and its connections, within a working range of 1500 mm x 300 mm. All travel and positioning motions are carried out considerably faster, resulting in reduced processing times. The effects of the outstanding machine dynamics are particularly noticable when cutting thin sheets with many contours.

Trumpf designed TruFlow RF Resonator:

Automation

The main feature of the automation concept of the TruLaser 3530 is its modularity. The large variety of available automation components offers all options that cater specifically to the customer needs. From semi-automatic loading to a completely automatic manufacturing cell connected to a storage system - the choice is yours.
