LiftMaster Compact:

LiftMaster Compact is the compact automation solution that offers the user a broad range, from simple loading and unloading to a very high degree of automation. Raw sheets are separated with suction frames and brought to the pallet changer. A separate rake frame removes the cut sheets and puts them on top of the suction frame.

• Very short cycle time because of parallel processes and compact construction.
• Direct connection to storage system possible

The LiftMaster Compact takes over the physical strain of loading and unloading the machine.

This decreases the danger of accidents.

It also offers greater efficiency of the total system.

Since the cycletime for loading and unloading is very short, the TruLaser machine can be more easily used to capacity.

This is particularly true for the processing of thin sheet.

Thanks to the very compact construction, the LiftMaster Compact takes up only a small amount of the valuable plant floor.

The LiftMaster Compact will permit a completly automated, unmanned operation.

The scrap skeleton and the finished parts can then be removed separately.
