Lion TDC Wrap Brake

Lion TDC Wrap Brake:

The TDC Wrap Brake is designed to allow a single operator to accurately place and fold flat blanks with TDC rollformed flanges into L-shape or full wrap duct sections. It folds blanks up to 72" and 16-ga. thick. (Minimum wrap size is 8" x 8")

An on-board PLC controls the clamping and braking sequencing. The clamping beam and folding beam are motorized to perform the adjustable bend angle from 1 degree to 90 degrees. Safety interlocks keep the system safe.
